Clinical Trial Research Billing Analyst

Location: Melville, NY — Remote; onsite with the Finance team 2 days/month

Pay

$62,000–$69,000 salary

Responsibilities

• Review clinical trial budgets for accuracy and consistency
• Generate sponsor invoices based on research activity
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile sponsor payments and process research-site payments
• Complete final financial reconciliations when trials close

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business; Finance or Accounting preferred
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Word skills
• Analytical, investigative, and detail-oriented problem solver
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Able to quickly master proprietary software and manage competing priorities
