Clinical Trial Contract Specialist

About the role

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Clinical Trial Contracts Specialists for an opportunity with a global biotechnology company in the greater Philadelphia region. This is a long‑term temporary position suited for professionals with clinical trial contracts experience in the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating consulting agreements
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating CDAs and ICFs
• Supporting clinical trial studies through these activities

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience negotiating, drafting and reviewing clinical trial agreements, CDAs and ICFs
• Strong contracts review and analysis experience
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnaround times for clinical trial deadlines
• Will work closely with the clinical trial contracts manager and global team
