Clinical Trial Contract Specialist

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Clinical Trial Contracts Specialists for a long-term temporary position with a global biotechnology company in the greater Philadelphia region. This role is ideal for professionals with clinical trial contracts experience in the life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate clinical trial agreements, consulting agreements, CDAs, and ICFs in support of clinical trial studies
• Work closely with the clinical trial contracts manager and global team
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times for deadlines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing clinical trial agreements, CDAs, and ICFs
• Strong contracts review and analysis experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
