About the role
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse to provide direct patient care and collaborate with providers and the care team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement care plans
- Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Support documentation
- Provide patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare providers
- Evaluate patient needs
- Educate patients and families
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Nursing diploma or associate degree (required)
- 2–5 years of experience (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience (preferred)
