About the role
This community hospital is seeking a highly skilled nurse to join their team for an 8, 10, or 13-week assignment based on facility need at Physicians Regional Medical Center - Pine Ridge in Naples, FL.
Responsibilities
- Perform plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care; document all care given.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family; provide age-, culture-, condition-, and circumstance-appropriate education.
- Act as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of acute-care experience in a hospital setting.
- Current state nursing license.
- Appropriate certifications as required for the specific position.
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Demonstrated adherence to code of conduct and compliance policies.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (read, write, speak, and understand).

Pay
Pay rate ranges from $50.40 to $53.90 per hour.
