About the role
This community hospital is seeking a highly skilled nurse for an 8, 10, or 13-week assignment based on facility need.
Responsibilities
- Perform plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care; document care given
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and spiritual/psychosocial support
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family; provide age-, culture-, condition-, and circumstance-appropriate education
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of acute-care experience in a hospital setting
- Current state nursing license
- Appropriate certifications as required for the specific position
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Adherence to code of conduct and compliance policies
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (read, write, speak, and understand)

Pay
Pay rate ranges from $51.84 to $55.44 per hour.
