Clinical Training Specialist (Full time)

About the role

Every day, we use our experience, agility, and innovative research strategies to help get drugs to market faster. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating technical training for clinic associates. This individual will organize and deliver technical training, schedule upcoming training opportunities, track training metrics and ensure adherence to training procedures. Additionally, this role will continue to have responsibility for performing clinical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical conduct

Requirements

• Clinical conduct experience
• Past experience providing training
• Post high school education in life sciences or medical training (preferred)
• At least 6 months of internal experience (preferred)
• Experience working in a medical environment (preferred)

Skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Organizational skills

Schedule

This is a full time position that will work from 6a-2:30p Monday‑Friday.
