Clinical Trainer (BCBA) - MD
About the role
Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that help them thrive. As we expand into the Maryland region, we are entering a new chapter of that journey by bringing a model refined across multiple markets into a community where early team members will play a defining role. This includes experience from our work in Colorado and Arizona, along with our recent joint venture with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how a Soar center operates locally, practice and learn clinical approach alongside leadership, and build a culture rooted in collaboration, high expectations, and meaningful impact. You will be supported by the systems, training, and clinical model we have developed over time. We prioritize early intervention, integrated care, and a play-based ABA model grounded in the Early Start Denver Model, meeting the needs of each unique child and family.
