Clinical Trainee Therapist - Spanish Speaking

The Clinical Trainee Therapist position supports anti-oppressive/anti-racist and trauma-responsive practices. RWC is committed to addressing social and health disparities and providing comprehensive care to marginalized communities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide in-home services and use telehealth as needed
• Provide a minimum of 15-20 billable hours per week for part-time
• Carry a caseload of 10-12 ongoing clients, with up to 2-4 DAs per week
• Open to facilitating community-based groups
• Develop diagnostic assessments and de-Westernized therapy
• Develop treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing individual psychotherapy sessions
• Coordinate services with other health care providers
• Ensure adequate documentation of services
• Participate in clinical supervision and other meetings
• Ensure compliance with DHS and insurance regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: Masters, LGSW, LICSW, MA (LPCC), MA (LMFT), or LP
• Experience: Comfort and proven experience in working with diverse populations
• Environment: Occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions
• Physical Demands: Frequent talking and hearing
