About the role
This position provides an array of services using evidence-based practices that support client recovery, and facilitate safe, secure, and therapeutic interventions at our Family Life Mental Health Clinic.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement client mental health services, ensuring documentation standards are met and addressing emergency situations with sound decision-making, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide program and/or divisional clinical supervision for People Incorporated staff to increase knowledge and skills necessary for the role.
- Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff and interns, including counsel and evaluation of service delivery, approving and/or cosigning treatment plans, documentation, and interaction with other program staff.
- Actively participate in mental health services by providing leadership, sharing clinical expertise, and advancing the reputation of services.
- Partner with key clinical staff to ensure compliance with license requirements and any required program training.
- Collaborate with program leadership to ensure consistency of clinical direction given to staff.
- Provide therapy in area of specialization, as required.
- Assist in the development of specialized training for other clinical staff members.
- Serve as the designated program lead in the absence of the primary program manager or supervisor.
- Develop therapeutic alliances, conduct diagnostic and comprehensive assessments, and create individualized treatment plans with daily interventions.
- Communicate professionally through documentation and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday, regular clinic hours with clinic open until 7:00 PM.
- Schedule includes two evenings per week until clinic closes at 7:00 PM.
- May be eligible for some telehealth appointments after completion of introductory period.

Pay
Salary varies based on licensure and qualifications:
- Unlicensed Clinical Trainee: $62,000 - $68,500 annually, plus a $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates.
