About the role
The Department of Neurology at Tulane University School of Medicine seeks to hire a neuroimmunologist/multiple sclerosis neurologist. The primary assignments will be to East Jefferson Hospital in Metairie, LA for outpatient clinical practice; and to resident clinic supervision and as attending to the inpatient general neurology teaching service at University Medical Center New Orleans (UMCNO) at a frequency commensurate with their peers.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient clinical practice at East Jefferson General Hospital
- Resident clinic supervision
- Attending to the inpatient general neurology teaching service at UMCNO
- Participate in the development of a multidisciplinary Neuroimmunology/MS Center of Excellence
Requirements
Commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in Neurology
- Experience in Neuroimmunology/Multiple Sclerosis preferred
