About the role
Responsible for providing clinical therapy services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain client records and confidentiality
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent license
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems
