What You'll Do
- Provide intensive therapeutic services to adolescent males in a residential treatment setting
- Support individualized treatment plans and positive behavioral outcomes
- Run and co-facilitate therapeutic groups
- Clinically supervise residents while ensuring compliance with BARJ principles and program policies
- Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation using an electronic health record system
- Prepare court reports and treatment summaries
- Complete required clinical assessments, including J-SOAP-II, ERASOR, CANS, WHODAS, and PREA Vulnerability Assessments
- Complete managed care documentation, utilization reviews, and authorization paperwork
- Coincordinate care with juvenile probation officers, caseworkers, and other professionals
- Attend court hearings and provide clinical testimony when necessary
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation several times each year
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- A skilled clinical assessor and treatment planner
- A collaborative team player with experience in behavioral health, juvenile justice, and trauma-informed care
- A Master's Degree is required
- Clinical licensure is preferred
- Experience working with adolescents is preferred
- A valid Driver's License is required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills are essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
- Effective time management and organizational abilities are key
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is important
