Clinical Therapist PRN

About the role

We are seeking a clinically experienced therapist to join our Residential Treatment Center in Indianapolis, IN. The position offers a PRN schedule and is part of Advanced Recovery Systems, a leading behavioral healthcare management company.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director
• Provide group, individual, and family therapy
• Conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments
• Collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan
• Aid in coordinating discharge planning
• Maintain communication with the family, referral sources, and other service providers as needed

Requirements

• Master's Degree with appropriate licensure/certification as per State regulations
• At least two (2) years of clinical experience in mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year)
• Licensed in the state of Indiana with one of the following licenses:
• LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• LCAC (Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor)
• Minimum credentials:
• LCACA (Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor Associate)
• LMSW (Licensed Masters Social Worker)
• APC (Associate Professional Counselor)
• AMTF (Associate Marriage &Family Therapist)
• Demonstrates proficiency in communication and written skills
• Knowledge of State and Federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws
• Knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards
