Clinical Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC)

About the role

We are now hiring a Clinical Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to provide compassionate, quality care that focuses on the unique needs of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to our residents to help them reach their highest potential in their daily living activities.
• Assess each resident's physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, develop and implement personalized therapy programs.
• Work alongside the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best care.
• Improve the quality of life for residents through physical, occupational, speech, or recreational therapy based on your specialty.

Requirements

• Must have a degree in a relevant therapy field.
• State licensure in therapy field (if applicable).
• 1-3 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Caregiving nature with a strong desire to improve the lives of residents.

Qualifications

• Nice to have previous experience in behavioral health.
• Licence relevant to the therapy discipline.
• Experience with PointClickCare or other electronic medical record systems.
