About the role
LinqCare specializes in providing superior mental and behavioral health services via Telehealth. Our team includes highly trained and experienced professionals who offer psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management services.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose behavioral/mental health issues
- Determine appropriate types/methods of treatment
- Implement intervention methodologies (psychotherapy) via telehealth platform
- Document services provided in the electronic medical record
- Provide services via audio and visual two-way communication platform
- Absorb the Code of Ethics and comply with all relevant laws and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with clinical, health education, community health, and other staff members
- Provide referrals for additional services as needed
- Assume other responsibilities as directed by the organization
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work or Marriage & Family Therapy with a valid license to practice independently in the state
- Experience with psychotherapy
- Familiarity with women's health and multicultural groups
- Prior work experience in a multicultural setting is preferred
