Clinical Therapist (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW) to join our team in Murray, Utah. You will help patients recover from complex trauma and treatment-resistant conditions using advanced interventional treatments, with a focus on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Responsibilities

• Providing pre- and post-ketamine psychotherapy, including preparation, assessment, and integration.
• Creating a safe, supportive environment and collaborating with medical staff.
• Conducting clinical assessments and developing personalized, measurable treatment plans.
• Delivering evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
• Performing risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
• Fostering patient engagement and ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and an active, unrestricted LCSW license in Utah.
• Formal training in KAP.
• Clinical experience treating mental health conditions, especially with CBT, DBT, or ACT.
• Ability to maintain a calm, empathetic presence during emotional sessions.
• Reliable commute to the clinic 2–3 days a week.
• Preferred: Experience with psychedelic or interventional therapies.
• Preferred: Background in trauma, complex cases, or treatment-resistant conditions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with modalities like TMS, Spravato, SGB.
• Preferred: Training or certification in EMDR.
