About the role
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Clinical Therapist to join our team at Woodward Academy.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to assigned youth.
- Maintain a therapy caseload based on part-time hours and supervisor expectations.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate therapy groups as assigned.
- Complete LPHA psychosocial assessments, reauthorizations, and other assigned clinical assessments.
- Complete managed care reviews, treatment collaborations, and discharge summaries as needed.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
- Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations as schedule permits.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support treatment planning and client progress.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
- Current State of Iowa license or temporary license in one of the following: LMHC or tLMHCLMSW or tLMSWLISW or tLISWLMFT or tLMFT
Schedule
This is a part-time position. Weekly hours and schedule are flexible and will be determined based on program needs and candidate availability.
