About the role
Provide clinical therapy services to clients in a therapeutic setting. Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Licensed to practice in New Mexico
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
