About the role

The Clinical Therapist position at Los Lunas, New Mexico is part of our Clinical Services team, focusing on counseling and therapy services. We are seeking individuals who can provide therapeutic support to clients in need.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed to practice in New Mexico.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical application of therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
