Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

Admin, billing and marketing support

- Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
- Experience in direct clinical care
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
- Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
- Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
- Strong clinical community with monthly learning opportunities, group supervision
- Built-in referrals + full admin support (billing, scheduling, marketing)
