About the role

We provide PHP and IOP services within a collaborative, supportive clinical environment that values both clinician development and quality client care. Clinical supervision is provided.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individual and group therapy (co-ed & gender-specific)
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Conduct crisis and risk assessments as needed
• Collaborate with the clinical team and community partners
• Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in utilization reviews

Requirements

• Master's degree in a related field
• Active BBS Associate number (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC)

Skills

• Working knowledge of 12-Step, CBT, DBT, and family systems
• Addiction treatment experience preferred
