About the role
You will provide neurobehavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities using a multi-disciplinary approach.
Responsibilities
- Partner with specialty clinicians to provide holistic, continuity of care for elderly individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other neurologic and/or psychiatric conditions.
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Manage time effectively.
- Function autonomously with regional Area Manager support.
- Hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work.
- Be currently licensed as an LMHC or LISW in the state of your application.

- Currently licensed as an LMHC or LISW in the state in which you are applying.
Preferred Skills
- Passion for geriatrics.
- Experience in inpatient settings such as extended care facilities.
- Experience with brief bedside assessment screens (cognitive, mood, etc.).
- Motivated by productivity-based positions.
- Ability to navigate and document on an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
