About the Role

Family Care Center is a fast‑growing behavioral health provider founded by U.S. Army Veterans. Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling services in an office setting.
• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Deliver evidence‑based counseling and therapy using various therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision, staff meetings, and continuing education activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with individuals ranging from children to geriatric populations.
• Experience implementing evidence‑based treatments for disorders such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
• Registered play therapist preferred.

Compensation

Total Annual Compensation: $78,000 – $115,000+ (based on experience and patient care). Base salary is determined by years of experience. Includes bi‑weekly premium pay, additional earnings for hours above target, and eligibility for specialty services outcomes bonuses (TMS & IOP).
