Clinical Testing Psychologist
About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Clinical Psychologists. Psychologists will be a critical part of our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for patients
- Care for children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health issues
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct therapy sessions and administer psychological tests
- Stay updated with the latest research and clinical practices
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed or in the process of licensure in WA state
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or across the lifespan
- Graduated from an APA accredited doctoral program
- Mix of therapy and assessment roles
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide evidence-based care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence

- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Compensation range of $125,000-$160,000, with a compensation model based on productivity.
