Clinical Testing Psychologist
About the role
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focusing on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently seeking Clinical Psychologists in the Chula Vista area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessments and interventions for patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct research and contribute to the advancement of clinical knowledge
- Engage in professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices
Requirements
- Local to and fully licensed in California
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Neuropsychology
- Experience working with child, adolescent, and/or adult populations
- Training in Autism (preferred)

- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing high-quality mental health care
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in clinical assessment tools and techniques
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders

- Compensation range of $108,000-$145,000, compensation model based on productivity
