Neuropsychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We offer flexible opportunities for both telemedicine and in-person work, with no required weekend or on-call duties.

About the role

As a Neuropsychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be an integral part of our growing team, serving the mental healthcare needs of clients in an outpatient clinical setting. You’ll perform in-person testing, with intakes and feedback sessions completed in person or via telehealth based on client and clinician preference. You will collaborate with other LifeStance professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, and therapists, to provide interdisciplinary care. Clients will have a variety of backgrounds and referral reasons, such as developmental disabilities, ADHD, complex psychodiagnostic concerns, learning differences, and neurological injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing intakes and plan assessment batteries
  • Administer neuropsychological measures and interpret data
  • Write reports and provide feedback sessions
  • Clarify diagnoses and develop treatment plans
  • Complete documentation

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
  • Internship/training meeting Houston Conference Guidelines for neuropsychology (if early career)
  • Board certified or board eligible (ABPP, ABCN)
  • Fully licensed in Massachusetts
  • Experience caring for pediatric and adolescent populations (lifespan experience welcome)

Schedule

  • Full-time (30+ hours) preferred, with flexible days/times
