Clinical Team Manager / Sr. (CTM) - HemOnc

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Team Manager / Sr. (CTM) - HemOnc to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the operational and quality execution of allocated clinical studies within a fast-paced global research environment. The position partners closely with data management and cross-functional study teams to keep timelines, deliverables, and compliance activities on track. It also serves as a key point of coordination for sites, regulatory pathways, and resource management across oncology-focused programs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage all operational and quality aspects of allocated studies Develop and implement clinical tools and plans in collaboration with data management Lead and communicate with the clinical team to ensure project deliverables are met Monitor clinical activity timelines and create recovery plans as needed Engage with study sites on protocol and study-related concerns Coordinate ethics and regulatory submissions for projects Oversee clinical resource management and delegation of responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field 5+ years of clinical research experience, including trial operations Experience managing global teams in a Full-Service Organization (FSO) or Contract Research Organization (CRO) Knowledge of therapeutic areas including Oncology and Gene Therapy Demonstrable clinical expertise and patient care experience in healthcare or nursing Benefits Collaborative work environment with a focus on mentorship and training Opportunities for international travel and site visits Involvement in diverse therapeutic areas and cutting-edge clinical studies Support for professional development and continuous learning initiatives Comprehensive support and resources for project success Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
