Clinical Team Manager/Sr. (CTM) - FSP

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical Team Manager/Sr. (CTM) - FSP to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will oversee clinical monitoring operations and help drive study execution within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external sponsor partners to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery across assigned studies. The work will focus on monitoring activities, site performance oversight, and start-up support while maintaining strong alignment with regulatory expectations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage monitoring operations and ensure compliance with regulations Develop clinical tools and study plans in collaboration with sponsor stakeholders Ensure timely deliverables and coordinate start-up activities Conduct trip report reviews and monitor trial progress Identify and report site performance issues and trends Perform accompanied site visits and attend sponsor meetings Generate monitoring plans and complete trip report annotations Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience Preferred experience in monitoring or study management Extensive background in Neuroscience is a plus Client-dedicated experience preferred Strong understanding of ICH/GCP and FDA guidelines Benefits Competitive remuneration and annual incentive plan bonus Comprehensive healthcare coverage Opportunities for career development and advancement Innovative and supportive company culture Commitment to employee health and wellbeing Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
