About the role

This position provides clinical supervision and performance supervision to selected direct service staff under the administrative supervision of the Program Director. It involves working closely with the licensed clinical director and assisting the Program Director in all aspects of program development.

Responsibilities

  • Provides individual clinical supervision and guidance to team members, ensuring services are delivered to assigned caseloads.
  • Provides prompt intervention in crisis situations, stopping crises and notifying necessary parties for resolution.
  • Completes paperwork as assigned promptly.
  • Supervises subordinate staff to ensure timely and appropriate service provision and task completion.
  • Facilitates at least one group session per week.
  • Supports other staff members as needed.
  • Assists members in Mental Health Court.
  • Facilitates team staff meetings and attends agency staff meetings, except with Program Director's approval.
  • Maintains productivity of supervisees, ensuring all paperwork is completed on time and meeting agency/program productivity standards.
  • Aids Program Director in meeting staff training needs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • Two (2) years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services.
  • Minimum of one (1) year’s supervisory/management experience.

Qualifications

  • Licensed or license eligible as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC verified with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
  • Variety of experience as a provider of mental health services.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of mental health principles and practices.

Pay

$74,880.00 - $81,057.60 Annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
