About the role

The Clinical Team Coordinator RN oversees nursing care delivery, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. They provide direct patient care, supervise staff, assist with orientation, and address performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff, managing scheduling, and conducting performance evaluations
• Facilitating communication among team members, patients, and visitors
• Participating in policy development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting evidence-based practices
• Mentoring staff, delegating tasks, and fostering a participative environment
• Addressing patient and family concerns and ensuring proper documentation
• Supporting unit improvements and participating in quality assurance activities

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing program or graduation from a specialty nursing training program required
• Cardiac experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Key skills: leadership, communication, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to foster teamwork and professional growth

Work environment

The role involves clinical environment work, with hours typically from 7 am to 7:30 pm, including every other weekend and holidays. The position emphasizes collaboration, safety, and community involvement, offering opportunities for professional development and growth.
