Clinical Team Coordinator RN - Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry Unit

About the role

Responsible for coordinating and supervising nursing care on an assigned unit, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and cost‑effective patient care. Provides direct patient care, supervises staff, and supports staff development through mentorship and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing activities, manages staffing, and assists with orientation and performance management.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitates communication across team members and manages patient and family concerns.
• Supports evidence‑based practices, mentors staff, and promotes a positive work environment aligned with Magnet principles.
• Assists in policy formulation, resource management, and incident follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure and enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred experience in cardiac care and leadership roles.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and team collaboration.
