Clinical Talent Interviewer (Contract)

What You'll Do

• Cover ~25-30 structured 30-minute first-round interview screens per week with therapist candidates
• Share information on Prosper Health’s mission, the clients we support, and ask 5 clinical experience questions
• Take notes on responses and complete a scorecard for each candidate in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Handle logistical follow-up emails with candidates
• Maintain availability for ~5 hours/week of admin and internal check-ins (total of ~20 hours)

Who You Are

• A natural conversationalist who can make a stranger feel at ease within the first minute of a call
• Follow a structured process without sounding robotic
• Reliable: if you have a call at 2pm, you're there at 2pm
• Take clean notes and don't let things fall through the cracks
• Comfortable on Zoom and can manage your own calendar without hand-holding
• Find meaning in work that matters: the clinicians you help identify will directly impact the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults
• Experience conducting structured interviews or screening calls in a mental health, healthcare, or clinical setting

Compensation

• $800 per week ($40/hr), paid every 2 weeks
• 1099 Contractor
