Clinical Systems Domain Architect- Population Health Remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application and capability roadmaps
• Partner with leaders to identify innovation opportunities
• Lead discussions supporting population health initiatives
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies
• Build relationships with operational leaders and vendors
• Support major initiatives through planning and design
• Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise principles

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with degree or 10+ years without Epic
• Ambulatory certification or related experience (Required)
• Experience with Population Health and value-based care (Required)
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare information systems experience (Required)
• Strong understanding of population health workflows
