We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their healthcare IT knowledge to a new frontier — helping AI understand, reason through, and solve real-world clinical systems challenges. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in EHRs, clinical workflows, and hospital infrastructure in a flexible, fully remote contract role that directly influences how the next generation of AI thinks about healthcare technology.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and improve AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital infrastructure
• Apply your expertise to identify errors, gaps, or technically inaccurate outputs in AI-generated clinical systems content
• Troubleshoot, test, and assess AI responses covering EHR configurations, system optimization, and clinical application support
• Translate complex clinical and operational scenarios into structured, expert feedback that helps AI models improve
• Review and rate AI outputs using clear evaluation criteria, working independently on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
• Strong technical troubleshooter with hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving clinical system issues
• Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems
• Able to evaluate technical accuracy and communicate findings clearly in writing
• Self-motivated and reliable with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in clinical informatics or healthcare system implementation
• Familiarity with major EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
