What You'll Do

  • Evaluate, test, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content related to healthcare IT.
  • Review AI outputs covering topics such as EHR workflows, clinical application troubleshooting, system optimization, and hospital infrastructure.
  • Identify inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, and areas where AI responses fall short of real-world healthcare IT standards.
  • Translate clinical and operational knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality.
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills.
  • Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, task-based environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows.
  • Familiarity with clinical interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
  • Background working across multiple clinical environments or health systems.
