Clinical Systems Analyst

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to healthcare IT, EHRs, and clinical workflows.
• Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, logical consistency, and real-world applicability in hospital and clinical settings.
• Identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses involving clinical system configurations, troubleshooting scenarios, and healthcare operations.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI better understand the intersection of clinical and technical domains.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule.

Who You Are

• Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems — including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting instincts and a solid understanding of clinical system workflows.
• Comfortable working across clinical and IT stakeholder perspectives.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate content critically and systematically.
• Clear written communicator who can articulate technical reasoning concisely.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows.
• Familiarity with translating clinical requirements into technical specifications.
• Background in healthcare informatics, health IT consulting, or clinical operations support.
