About The Role
We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their healthcare IT expertise to cutting-edge AI development. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and your deep knowledge of clinical systems will help ensure AI models truly understand the complexity of healthcare environments. This is a unique opportunity to take the skills you've built in hospital IT and use them to shape how the next generation of AI thinks about clinical workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare operations.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and annotate AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical problem-solving
- Apply your expertise to identify errors, gaps, and inaccuracies in AI outputs covering EHR platforms, hospital infrastructure, and clinical applications
- Translate complex clinical and operational scenarios into clear, structured feedback that helps AI models improve
- Review AI responses for technical accuracy, logical soundness, and real-world applicability in healthcare settings
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure
- Strong technical foundation in troubleshooting, system configuration, and clinical workflow analysis
- Comfortable working across both clinical and technical teams — you understand both worlds
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to provide clear written feedback
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI feedback workflows
- Background in HL7, FHIR, or clinical interoperability standards
- Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
- Experience in clinical informatics or health IT project management
