About the role
Under the direction of the Manager, Patient Transport or authorized designee, the Transporter safely and efficiently transports patients throughout St. Mary's Medical Center.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients to and from various departments within the Medical Center
- Ensure patient comfort and dignity during transport
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Assist with patient transfers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient transports
