Responsibilities

• Delivering patient care within the SNF setting, adhering to treatment plans and facility protocols.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of treatments and progress.
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active MA SNF licensing.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
