Requirements The ideal candidate will have the following: A master’s degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field, along with at least one year of clinical internship and 2 years of direct clinical experience. Experience in outpatient or community-based behavioral health settings and the ability to support program quality, clinical operations, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a small therapy caseload is required. Must demonstrate strong clinical documentation, organization, data management, and communication skills, as well as knowledge of behavioral health regulations, treatment planning, electronic health records, and compliance standards. The ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams, maintain confidentiality, and work independently while supporting high-quality client care and program operations.Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team? Position Details The Clinical Support II, under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, supports operational and clinical programming and regulatory compliance while maintaining a small caseload and providing approximately 10 billable hours of individual or family therapy each week.
