About the role

New Season Treatment Centers, a national leader in addiction treatment and recovery services, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the counseling team, support clinical excellence, and ensure quality patient care at our Grand Junction location. We help individuals overcome Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), counseling, and comprehensive behavioral healthcare.

What You'll Do

Provide clinical supervision and support to counselors and clinical staff
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, CARF, state, and federal regulations
Review and approve clinical documentation
Support quality assurance, accreditation, and audit readiness
Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staff development
Participate in community outreach and professional relationship-building
Promote a culture of recovery, compassion, and accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred)
Current CAC-III or LAC in Colorado
2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance use disorder (SUD), addiction treatment, or healthcare preferred
Knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP), HIPAA, and clinical best practices
