Clinical Supervisor - RN - Weekend (Exempt)

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a clinical resource, assists in planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a staff nurse when needed
• Assumes delegated managerial duties
• Performs tasks aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and standards
• Supports patient care and serves as a resource for staff and patients
• Assists in departmental operations, ensuring quality care in accordance with standards

Requirements

• Accredited nursing degree (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in Missouri or compact license
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Additional licensure or certifications
• Management or change management experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, and kneeling
