Clinical Supervisor - RN - Weekend (Exempt)

Position Overview: This role involves assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care within designated areas. The individual serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients, functions as a staff nurse when needed, and assumes delegated managerial duties. The role emphasizes alignment with mission, values, and service standards. Key Responsibilities Support departmental operations and patient care quality.Act as a clinical resource and provide guidance to staff and patients.Perform staff nurse duties as required.Assist in managing department functions and staff. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program with an associate degree, diploma, or BSN.Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with completion within 30 days if not already held.Preferred: BSN, additional licensure or certifications, and management experience.Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks during shifts.
