Clinical Supervisor (RN), Free-standing ER/ED @ Martintown, Full-time Days

About the role

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) at Aiken Regional Medical Centers is responsible for planning and providing direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting healthcare team activities.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for patient, family, care partner, and others' care.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal health care outcomes.
• Supports facility vision, mission, and goals through professional leadership and support.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current South Carolina or qualifying compact state nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months). ENPC preferred.

Qualifications

• Education requirements: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. BSN preferred.
• Work experience requirements: Minimum of one-year full-time or three-years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing. One to three years supervisory experience preferred.

• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
