Clinical Supervisor RN
About the role
Your expertise will be utilized in many ways, such as:
- clinical oversight from admissions through discharge of homecare clients and patients
- supervision of care management
- orientation and ongoing evaluation of homecare caregivers
- assurance of clinical skills and competency of caregivers
- caregiver development through education and training
Responsibilities
- Minimum requirements: Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required, minimum three (3) years nursing experience as RN, one-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience, at least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory, must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required, excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred, demonstrated critical thinking skills preferred, supervisory experience required, knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System, including Medicaid waiver programs, pediatric experience preferred, knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required, proficiency in the English language is required
- Rotating On-Call required
- Regular full-time weekly schedule
- Ability to perform patient visits as scheduled or assigned required
- Training/education of field staff required
- Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on development of QIs / SOPs, etc
- Partner with Recruiter(s) collaborating on patient service delivery
- Assess, evaluate, and develop patient plans of care
- Coordinate with community partners
Requirements
Active / Unencumbered Georgia Nursing License (RN) required
Minimum experience requirement: Three (3) years nursing experience as RN, One-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience, At least one (1) year of home care experience, direct patient care or supervisory
Must meet all federal, state, local contract and program requirements, in addition to internal certifications and training, as required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
Demonstrated critical thinking skills preferred
Supervisory experience required
