Clinical Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities
- Manage coordination and supervision of professional and supportive services for hospice patients.
- Oversee the care team and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide education and training on clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement changes.
- Assist in orienting new employees.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a clinical care setting, home health, or hospice (preferred).
- Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge appropriate to assigned responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
