Clinical Supervisor (RN)
Become an RN Clinical Supervisor with Georgia Hospice Care. We are looking for impeccable leaders committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost-effective manner. Oversee the care team, provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes, and help orient new employees.

- Oversee the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide education and training on clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes.
- Assist in orienting new employees.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in a clinical care setting, home health, or hospice (preferred).
- Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
