Clinical Supervisor - RN

About the role

The administrative component of this position will consist of internal case management, specifically conducting JHP 14-day visits. The field-based aspect will create opportunities to spend quality time with field staff in patient homes, developing, mentoring, and providing professional guidance.

Work location: Bala Cynwyd, PA (in-home visits and potential hybrid, varies based on branch need).

Responsibilities

• Internal case management, evaluation, education, and development of Home Health Aide talent
• Participate in patients' insurance-preferred “Re-evaluations” visits twice monthly
• Supervise Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants
• Review physicians’ orders and update plans of care/care plan and documentation as necessary
• Promote and enhance the level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality care for patients
• Collaborate with the operations and business development team
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, and Local regulations and Aveanna policies and procedures

Requirements

• Good standing RN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC
• Willingness to supervise caregivers providing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults

Pay

$75,000–$78,000 base salary, plus bonus potential.

Schedule

• Up to 80 hours of vacation accrual in the first year (increases to 120 hours after the first year)
• 48 hours of sick time accrual
• Varying work schedule with field-based responsibilities
