Clinical Supervisor (RN)
About the role
We are looking for impeccable leaders to join our team who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As an RN Clinical Supervisor you will manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost‑effective manner. You will oversee the care team, provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation and reimbursement changes, help orient new employees, and serve as a key member of the care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care. Responsibilities
- Manage coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients.
- Oversee the care team to ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Provide education and training on clinical practice, regulatory updates, and reimbursement changes.
- Orient and mentor new employees.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and pursue professional development.
Qualifications
- A heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
- Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lb, bearing the weight of an average adult effectively.
